Tsukuyomi

You place a target creature in an incredibly powerful Genjutsu, draining them of their stamina and vitality.

As an Action, you spend 3 chakra points and select a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. That creature must make an Intelligence saving throw against your Genjutsu save DC. On a failed save, a creature is trapped in a world of your creation. Their mind is mentally assailed by any method of your choice. You can make them experience physical torture, you can make them experience isolation, or you can make them live or re-live painful events. You can even make this event feel like days, months, years, or even decades passing for the creature. They take 16d6 points of psychic damage and suffer two levels of exhaustion.

Eye Damage

When you use Tsukuyomi, roll a d20. On a roll of 6 or higher, nothing else happens. On any other roll, your usage of this ability puts stress on your eye. The eye that you used takes 1 point of damage. If an eye reaches 5 points of damage in this way, it goes permanently blind.
