Shadow Clone Focus

Prerequisite: You must know the Shadow Clone or Multi-Shadow Clone jutsu. 

Hit Dice: 1d10

1st level: 

Shadow Clone Coordination. Starting at 1st level, your combat awareness and tactics greatly increase through the use of your shadow clones. You and any shadow clone you create have advantage on attack rolls against a creature as long as you or a shadow clone you created is within 5 feet of that creature. 

Increased Performance. Starting at 1st level, you gain access to the Shadow Clone Jutsu list detailed at the end of this class. When you gain a level in this class, you can learn two jutsu from the Shadow Clone list as long as you meet any prerequisites for those jutsu. 

2nd Level:

Resilient Clone. At 2nd level, you can infuse chakra into a shadow clone to grant it greater durability. When you create a shadow clone, they gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your levels in any class that grant chakra points + your constitution modifier. 

3rd Level:

Clone Memory. Starting at 3rd level, you have learned how to greatly improve your ability to learn new things through the use of your clones. When one of your shadow clones is dispelled or destroyed, you immediately gain all of the clone’s recent memories. 

You can use this feature to increase the speed at which you learn new things and accomplish lengthy tasks. Through the use of your clones, you can halve the amount of time it takes to learn a new tool, language, or jutsu. Additionally, you halve the amount of time it would take to craft an item. 

4th Level:

Ability Score Improvement. When you reach 4th Level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two Ability Scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can’t increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.

Shadow Clone Infusion. Starting at 4th level, you naturally infuse chakra within the shadow clones you create. When created, your shadow clones have a number of temporary chakra points equal to your constitution modifier (minimum of 1).

5th Level:

Swift Creation. At 5th level, you can cast the Shadow Clone and Multi-Shadow Clone jutsus as a bonus action instead of an action.

Additionally, when you roll for initiative, you can use your reaction to cast Shadow Clone or Multi-Shadow Clone.

Defenders Move

D-Rank General Skill/Natureless

Casting Time: 1 reaction which a Shadow Clone takes when a creature within 5 feet of them is targeted with a melee attack

Range: 5 feet

Duration: Instantaneous 

Chakra Point Cost:  1 point 

In reaction to an attack, a shadow clone attempts to distract the attacker. When a creature within 5 feet of a Shadow Clone is targeted by a melee attack, the clone can use their reaction to cause the attacker to have disadvantage on the roll. 

Reactive Strike

D-Rank General Skill/Natureless

Casting Time: 1 reaction which a Shadow Clone takes when you are hit by a melee attack

Range: 5 feet

Duration: Instantaneous 

Chakra Point Cost:  1 point 

When you or another one of your Shadow Clones are hit by a melee attack, a Shadow Clone within 5 feet of the attacker can make a single melee attack against that target as its reaction.

Clone Interception

C-Rank General Skill/Natureless

Casting Time: 1 reaction which a Shadow Clone takes when you are hit by an attack

Range: 5 feet

Duration: Instantaneous 

Chakra Point Cost:  1 point

When you are hit by an attack, a clone attempts to intercept the blow. A Shadow Clone within range uses its reaction to take a blow when you are hit by an attack. The clone reduces the incoming damage by 3d10 points. The clone then dissipates. 

Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional chakra points to enhance the power of this jutsu. For each point you spend past the original cost, you reduce the incoming damage by an additional 1d10. You can spend a maximum of 6 Chakra points with this jutsu. 

Clone Maneuver 

C-Rank General Skill/Natureless

Casting Time: 1 reaction which you take when you make a strength or dexterity saving throw to avoid taking damage

Range: Self

Duration: Instantaneous 

Chakra Point Cost:  2 points

When you are forced to make a strength or dexterity saving throw to avoid or reduce incoming damage, you can use your reaction to make a temporary shadow clone to throw you up to 20 feet away. If this movement would move you out of the area of the triggering effect, then you do not have to make the save. After the clone throws you, it dissipates. 

Clone Propel

C-Rank General Skill/Natureless

Casting Time: 1 Action

Range: touch

Duration: Instantaneous 

Chakra Point Cost:  2 points

Through the use of clones, you can propel yourself or another clone. You grab onto a Shadow Clone, or a Shadow Clone grabs onto you. The target of this jutsu is thrown up to 60 feet in a direction of your choice.
