From burning earth to durable rubber, ninja that master this chakra nature can overcome many obstacles. Ninjutsu techniques use your wisdom for the purposes of determining the Jutsu attack rolls and Jutsu Save DC.

You create a whip of rubber that clings to the creature allowing you to pull them. When you cast this jutsu, target a creature within range. The creature is pulled 10 feet closer to you. If the target is unwilling, they can make a strength save to resist being pulled.
You cannot cast this jutsu if you have no chakra points remaining.

You throw a super-heated rock at a creature within range. Make a ranged ninjutsu attack roll. If you hit, the creature takes 1d8 points of fire damage, and it's movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.
You cannot cast this jutsu if you have no chakra points remaining.

You spew a thick cloud of ash around an opponent that solidifies and restricts their movements. When you cast this jutsu, a creature within range must make a strength saving throw. A creature that fails their save becomes restrained.
Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to strengthen this jutsu. For each point you spend past the original cost, you can target an additional creature within range. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.
Rubber Shield

Casting Time: 1 Reaction which you take when you take bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage from an attack or jutsu.

Just before you suffer a potentially dangerous injury, you cover yourself with a rubber barrier to repel the oncoming danger. You cast this jutsu as a reaction when you take bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage from an attack or jutsu. You reduce the incoming damage by a 2d10 + your wisdom modifier. If this reduces the damage to 0, you are pushed 20 feet away from the triggering damage source.
Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to strengthen this jutsu. For each point you spend past the original cost, you reduce the damage by an additional 1d10. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.
Scorching Fist

You coat your fist in burning stone and slam it into an opponent. When you cast this jutsu, roll a melee ninjutsu attack roll against a creature within range. If you hit, the target takes 2d8 fire damage and 2d8 bludgeoning damage and is pushed 10 feet away from you. If you miss, the target still takes 2d8 fire damage.

You cover your body in chakra layering superheated lava over your skin. For the duration of the jutsu, you have immunity to fire damage, and your unarmed attacks deal an additional 2d8 fire damage. Whenever a creature hits you with a melee attack while this jutsu is active, they take 2d8 fire damage.

You mold the ground beneath your feet into a massive sphere of lava and hurl it at a point within range. In order to cast this jutsu, you must be standing directly on the ground. The point you select erupts in a 30-foot radius sphere. Creatures in that area must make a dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 12d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The area this jutsu covers becomes difficult terrain.
Structures within the area of this jutsu take double damage.
S-Rank

S-Rank Ninjutsu

Range: 120 feet
Duration: Concentration, Up to 1 minute
Chakra Point Cost: 8 points
You create a volcanic mound that spews burning lava at your command. When you cast this jutsu, a small volcano grows from the ground at a point within range. The volcano fills a 30-foot cube. Any creature within that cube when the jutsu is cast is pushed to the nearest available space. As a bonus action on your turn, you can cause the volcano to erupt. Creatures within 30 feet of the volcano must make dexterity saving throws taking 6d12 fire damage on a failed save.
You can use an action to end this jutsu early. If you do, the volcano erupts in a magnificent explosion in a 60-foot radius sphere. Creatures in that area, must make dexterity saving throws. A creature that fails its save takes 26d12 fire damage, or half as much on a successful save. The area this jutsu covers becomes difficult terrain.
