Ninja born with this bloodline trait create extremely durable ice structures and can turn this ice into powerful weapons. Ninjutsu techniques use your wisdom for the purposes of determining the Jutsu attack rolls and Jutsu Save DC.

You blow an icy mist from your mouth. As an action, a wave of cold mist emanates from you in a 15-foot cone. All creatures in the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 cold damage, and their movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn.

You throw a jagged blade of ice at a target within range. As an action, target a creature within range. Make a ranged ninjutsu attack roll. If you hit, the creature takes 1d10 points of piercing damage.
You cannot cast this jutsu if you have no chakra points remaining.

You create a number of sharpened ice needles in your hand, which you then throw at an opponent. As an action, target a creature within 60 feet of you. Make a ranged ninjutsu attack roll. If you hit, you deal 2d4 points of piercing damage, and 2d4 points of cold damage. You add your ninjutsu ability modifier to the damage of this jutsu.

You conjure a wall of ice to defend yourself. Use a reaction when you are targeted by an attack. A wall of ice interposes itself between you and the attack. The wall has a total of 20 hit points. It takes the damage from the attack. If there is any remaining damage that bypasses the wall, you take it instead. The wall remains in place until all of its hit points are gone.

You throw a delicate blade of ice that shatters upon impact. You cast the Ice Knife spell at 1st level.
Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to cast the spell at a higher level. For each point you spend past the original cost, you increase the level of the spell. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.

You create a number of icicle weaponry that go spiraling towards your opponents. A line of bladed ice appears in a 5-foot wide, 100-foot long line emanating from you. Any creature in that area must make a constitution saving throw. A creature takes 6d6 points of cold damage and has its speed reduced by 30 feet. A creature that succeeds on its save takes half damage and its speed is not reduced.

Crystal Ice Blade

Requirement: Chakra Blade
You infuse a weapon you are holding with your ice nature chakra. You can cast this jutsu as a bonus action. The next time you successfully hit a creature with the weapon, they take an additional 5d12 points of cold damage and they must make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes restrained as their body is coated with a layer of ice. A creature can repeat their save at the end of their turn to end this effect. Taking Fire damage also ends the condition.
Crystal Ice Mirrors
A-Rank Ninjutsu

Range: Self (10-foot radius)
Duration: Concentration, Up to 10 minutes
Chakra Point Cost: 4 points
Requirement: You must know the Ice Senbon jutsu
You create a dome of reflective mirror-like panels of ice. This dome originates from the location you were standing in when you cast the jutsu, and it has a 10 foot radius. Any creature in that radius becomes trapped within the dome itself. The dome can be escaped from, but it is extremely difficult.
A mirror can be broken, but it requires an immense feat of strength. A creature would need a strength of 22 or higher to attempt to break free in this way. If they meet that requirement, they must make a strength (athletics) check with a DC equal to your ninjutsu save DC.
A creature can attempt to teleport out of the dome, but they must make an intelligence saving throw using your ninjutsu save DC in order to do so.
While the dome is active, you can use your bonus action to make an Ice Senbon attack at a creature within the dome without expending chakra.
While the dome is active, you must also remain in the dome, however, you reside in the mirrors, safe from most forms of harm. You must step out of a mirror in order to attack or affect a creature within the dome, which could leave you open to attacks.
The dome remains for 10 minutes, until you leave the area of the dome, or until you lose concentration on the jutsu.
Roaring Ice Wall

You create a wave of ice that freezes the air itself. You cast the Cone of Cold spell at 5th level.
