Medical ninja are responsible for keeping their allies alive, and ninja that master this focus are incredibly hard to kill themselves. Medical (healing) uses your wisdom for the purposes of determining the Jutsu attack rolls and Jutsu Save DC.

Basic Healing

D-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Chakra Point Cost: See Description

You reach out and touch a creature to heal it. As an action, you spend any number of chakra points when you cast this jutsu. You heal a creature you are touching a number of hit points equal to the amount of chakra you spend. The amount of chakra you can spend on this jutsu ignores the chakra limit you can spend based on your level. You cannot heal constructs or undead with this jutsu.

Chain Healing

C-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Range: 30 feet

Chakra Point Cost: 2 points

You create an extended beam of healing that leaps from creature to creature. When you cast this jutsu, target a creature within range. That creature heals 2d8 hit points, and the healing energy leaps from that creature to another of your choice within 30 feet of it. A creature can be targeted by a single casting of this jutsu only once.

Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to strengthen this jutsu. For each point you spend past the original cost, the beam leaps to an additional creature within 30 feet of the original target. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.

Distant Healing

C-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Range: 60 feet

Duration: Instantaneous

Chakra Point Cost: 2 points

You reach out and send your healing chakra out to a creature that is far from you. As an action, target a creature up to 60 feet away from you. That creature heals 1d12 + your wisdom modifier in hit points.

Enduring Support

You increase a target's resistance and stamina. You cast the Aid spell at 2nd level.

Healing Hands

You revitalize a creature by filling them with healing chakra. You cast the Cure Wounds spell at 1st level.

Imbue Allies

You enhance nearby companions using your medical ninjutsu. Target 3 creatures within 5 feet of you as an action. They add 1d4 to all attack rolls and saving throws for 1 hour.

You infuse an ally with your chakra. You can spend any chakra you have available to you when you cast this jutsu. The willing creature you touch other than yourself regains a number of chakra points equal to the chakra points you spend, up to their chakra point maximum. The amount of chakra you can spend on this jutsu ignores the chakra limit you can spend based on your level.

Life Sacrifice

Cellular Activation

A-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Casting Time: 1 Reaction which you take when you take damage from any source

Range: Self

Duration: Instantaneous

Chakra Point Cost: 4 points

You stimulate your natural healing factors in order to negate damage. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to immediately regain hit points after the damage is calculated. You can spend any number of hit dice to regain hit points in this way. For each die you spend, add your constitution modifier and your wisdom modifier to the overall healing.

You can activate this jutsu even if the triggering damage would reduce you to 0 hit points.

Dispersed Healing

Range: 60 feet

Duration: Instantaneous

You create an area of intense healing. You cast the Mass Cure Wounds spell at 5th level.

Stimulated Regeneration

You touch a creature and stimulate their natural healing factor. For the duration of the jutsu, the target heals 1d6 hit points at the start of their turn as long as they have 1 or more hit points at that time.

Indomitable Healing

Utilizing your chakra and stamina, you rejuvenate a great number of creatures. You cast the Mass Heal spell at 9th level. After you cast this spell, you suffer 1 level of exhaustion.

Mitotic Regeneration

S-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Range: Self

Duration: 1 minute

Requirement: This jutsu must be taught

You release a stored amount of chakra on your forehead that automatically heals you. When you activate this jutsu as an action, the blinded, deafened, and poisoned conditions end on you if any of them are active when you cast the jutsu, and any diseases you have are cured. While the jutsu is active, you are immune to the blinded, deafened, paralyzed, petrified, and poisoned conditions, and you are immune to diseases. At the start of your turn while this jutsu is active, you regain 30 hit points. Additionally, you can regrow limbs if you have lost any or if you lose any while the jutsu is active. It takes 1d6+1 rounds to regrow a limb, or if the severed limb is nearby, you can reattach it using an object interaction.

Restorative Pulse

S-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Range: 60 feet

Duration: Instantaneous

Chakra Point Cost: 5 points

You send a concentrated mass of healing at a creature within range. You cast the Heal spell at 6th level.

Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to cast the spell at a higher level. For each point you spend past the original cost, you increase the level of the spell. You can spend a maximum of 8 chakra points on this jutsu.

Revive

S-Rank Medical Ninjutsu

Casting Time: 1 Hour

Range: Touch

Duration: Instantaneous

Chakra Point Cost: 5 points

You sacrifice a portion of your own life force to restore a creature to life. You cast the Raise Dead spell at 5th level, but instead of providing a material component to the spell, you lose 5 hit points and your hit point maximum is reduced by 5. Your hit point maximum lost in this way cannot be restored by any means.
