Medical Jutsu: Harming
Using their knowledge of the human body, masters of these techniques are able to destroy their targets from the inside out. Medical (harming) uses your wisdom for the purposes of determining the Jutsu attack rolls and Jutsu Save DC.

You reach out and touch a creature to harm it. You spend a number of chakra points when you cast this jutsu limited by your level, and you then must make a ninjutsu attack roll. If you hit, you deal your martial arts damage, and an additional amount of necrotic damage equal to the chakra points you spend.

You directly inflict harm to your target's chakra system. You cast the Inflict Wounds spell at 1st level.
Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to cast the spell at a higher level. For each point you spend past the original cost, you increase the level of the spell. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.
Poison Senbon
C-Rank Medical Ninjutsu
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 120 feet
Duration: Instantaneous
Chakra Point Cost: 1 point
You spit out a dart of concentrated poison from your mouth. As an action, target a creature within range. Make a ranged ninjutsu attack roll against that creature. If you hit, the target takes 1d12 piercing damage and 2d4 poison damage.

B-Rank Medical Ninjutsu
Casting Time: 1 Bonus Action
Range: Self
Duration: 10 Minutes
Chakra Point Cost: 3 points
You surround your hands with chakra, providing them a numbing effect. You can cast this jutsu as a bonus action. You can use your ninjutsu attack bonus and your ninjutsu ability modifier in place of your normal modifiers when you make martial arts attacks. Additionally, your unarmed attack deal an additional 1d10 necrotic damage. This jutsu lasts for 10 minutes or until you deactivate it, requiring no action.
Dead Soul Technique
B-Rank Medical Ninjutsu
Casting Time: 1 Minute
Range: 10 feet
Duration: Instantaneous
Chakra Point Cost: 3 points
You revitalize two corpses and control them using your chakra. You cast the Animate Dead spell at 3rd level, however you can target two corpses with a single casting. You can only make zombies using this jutsu, and you can have no more than 4 active at a time. When the jutsu wears off, the bodies become lifeless corpses once more.
Lasting Affliction

You cause a creature that you touch to suffer a lasting negative effect. You cast the Bestow Curse spell at 3rd level.
Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to cast the spell at a higher level. For each point you spend past the original cost, you increase the level of the spell. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.
Plague Touch

You attempt to infect a creature with a number of diseases that you have collected. You cast the Contagion spell at 5th level.
Poison Mist

Duration: Concentration, up to 10 Minutes
Chakra Point Cost: 3 points
You release a toxic cloud of mist that travels across the battlefield. You cast the Cloudkill spell at 5th level.

You attempt to infect a creature with a number of diseases that you have collected. You cast the Harm spell at 6th level.
S-Rank
Rearrange Nerves
S-Rank Medical Ninjutsu
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: Touch
Duration: 1 Minute
Chakra Point Cost: 5 points
Requirement: Lightning Nature
You touch a creature and rearrange their nervous system. Make a melee ninjutsu attack roll. If you hit, the target creature sufferers the following effects:
At the start of the creature’s turns, it takes 2d6 necrotic damage.
When the creature attempts to move, it must make a constitution saving throw. If it fails its save, the creature cannot move this turn.
The creature can take only an action or a bonus action on their turn, not both. Additionally, if the target can make multiple attacks in a round, it can only make one attack.
The creature has disadvantage on attack rolls, and on strength and dexterity saving throws.
Other creatures have advantage on attack rolls against the creature, and any melee attack that hits the creature is considered a critical hit.
This jutsu lasts for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn to end the jutsu.
