Creating superheated steam to melt the flesh from your opponent's bones is your signature technique. Ninjutsu techniques use your wisdom for the purposes of determining the Jutsu attack rolls and Jutsu Save DC.

You exhale a caustic mist from your mouth. Creature's within the range of this jutsu must make constitution saving throws. A creature takes 3d6 acid damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.

Chakra Point Cost: 0 points

Conjure a ball of acidic mist and hurl it at a creature within range. Make a ranged ninjutsu attack roll. If you hit, the creature takes 1d8 points of acid damage.

You cannot cast this jutsu if you have no chakra points remaining.

Steam Explosion

An explosion of steam bursts around you burning anyone nearby. Creatures within 10 feet of you when you cast this jutsu must make dexterity saving throws. A creature takes 3d10 fire damage, or half as much on a successful one.

Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to strengthen this jutsu. For each point you spend past the original cost, you deal 1d10 additional damage. You can spend a maximum of 9 chakra points on this jutsu.

Solid Fog

Duration: Concentration, Up to 1 Minute

Chakra Point Cost: 3 points

You create a boiling cloud of steam that permeates an area melting those within. When you cast this jutsu, a cloud of acidic vapor takes the shape of a sphere with a 20-foot radius. A creature that enters the sphere for the first time on a turn or starts its turn within the area must make a constitution saving throw. A creature takes 5d8 acid damage and has its movement speed cut in half on a failed save, or it takes half damage and its movement speed is not reduced on a successful one.

The vapor cloud can be dispersed by wind traveling at 20 miles per hour.

Clinging Steam

A-Rank Ninjutsu

Range: 60 feet

Duration: 1 minute

Chakra Point Cost: 4 points

You create a cloud of steam that clings to a creature within range. When you cast this jutsu, a creature you can see within range becomes lightly obscured by mist that clings to it. Whenever they move, the mist moves with them. At the start of the creature's turn, it takes 5d6 fire damage. The creature can make a Dexterity saving throw as an action to end this effect.

Melting Wash

Range: Self (120-Foot cone)

Duration: Instantaneous

Chakra Point Cost: 5 points

You release a cloud of burning vapor that melts everything that comes in contact with it. Creatures in the area of this jutsu must make constitution saving throws. A creature takes 6d8 fire damage and 6d8 acid damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Spending More Chakra. You can spend additional Chakra points to strengthen this jutsu. For each point you spend past the original cost, you deal an additional 1d8 fire damage and 1d8 acid damage. You can spend a maximum of 10 chakra points on this jutsu.
